Audits: planning, non-conformities and action plans

Assess compliance with regulations and ISO standards, records non-conformities, and manages their closure.
Essential steps
- In ISO Diagnostics, click New assessment and select the standard (ISO 9001, 14001, 37001, 45001, 39001, 22301, 26000 or 50001).
- Answer the questionnaire point by point (Meets / Does not meet / Not applicable). The study goes through the following states: Open → Questionnaire completed → Current → Expired.
- Review the findings and non-conformities detected in the evaluation.
- Generate the action plan: each nonconformity can become a corrective measure with responsible party, dates and follow-up statuses.
- Track the closure from Planning and Implementation of Measures and use Comparison of Studies to evaluate the evolution between audits.
